Special Session 11: Integrated sensing of air, space and sea for ocean monitoring, maritime supervision and ecological protection
"面向海洋监测、海事监管与生态保护的空天海一体化融合感知"

As a critical strategic domain for economic and social development, the ocean's sustainable monitoring, efficient regulation, and ecological protection have become issues of global concern. Traditional ocean observation and management systems face challenges such as limited coverage, information delays, and insufficient coordination, making it difficult to meet the demands of modern ocean governance. With the rapid advancement of integrated space-air-ground-sea technologies, multi-domain collaborative systems integrating satellite remote sensing, aerial UAVs, marine buoys, and underwater sensor networks have emerged as key solutions to overcome current limitations. At the same time, the rapid development of artificial intelligence, intelligent computing and multi-source data fusion technologies has made it possible to efficiently process and intelligently analyze complex marine data, providing strong support for maritime supervision and ecological protection. This special session focuses on "Integrated sensing of air, space and sea for ocean monitoring, maritime supervision and ecological protection", aiming to explore core technologies such as intelligent fusion of multi-source data, cross-domain communication networking, dynamic resource scheduling, and intelligent decision support. By showcasing cutting-edge research and practical demonstrations, this session seeks to foster deep collaboration between academia and industry, providing theoretical foundations and practical insights for innovative applications of air-space-sea integration technologies in sustainable ocean development.
